Work in IT support and repair began in 2008. The independent business started as Amico Total Solutions in 2015, later became Tech Amico, and has operated as Tech Susegad since 2025.
What we focus on
The current work combines mobile, laptop and computer repair, advanced fault finding, data recovery, custom fabrication and technology support for businesses.
How work is handled
Diagnosis comes before a repair decision. The available route depends on the device, fault, parts, data condition and intended use. For custom software or fabrication, the requirement is reviewed before scope and feasibility are confirmed.
