When you request insurance or internet connection assistance, we collect the contact, location, service and optional supporting-document details shown in that request form. We use them to review the request, contact you and, with your consent, share the relevant details with the selected or assigned service provider.
Supporting documents are stored in private server storage and are available only to authorised administrators. We keep request records and documents only for as long as needed to handle the request, meet operational or legal requirements, and resolve disputes, after which they should be securely deleted.
Owner/legal review required before launch: confirm the final retention period, partner disclosures and deletion procedure against each partner agreement and applicable law.
