Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) Terms

1. Scope of AMC
This AMC covers:
- Regular health checks
- System cleaning & optimisation
- Software troubleshooting
- Remote support for minor issues
- Hardware diagnostics
2. What AMC Does NOT Cover
- Physical damage or liquid damage
- Part replacement costs
- Severe OS corruption due to viruses
- Printer/mechanical failures
- Data recovery services
3. Response Time
- Critical issues: 2–4 hours
- High priority: Same day
- Normal tickets: 24–48 hours
4. Remote Support
Available PAN India. Unlimited remote support for AMC customers (fair usage applies).
5. Onsite Support
Only available within Bardez, Goa.
6. Payment Terms
- AMC valid for 1 year from date of invoice
- No refund after activation
- Renewal reminder sent 15 days before expiry
7. Liability
Tech Susegad is not responsible for data loss. Customer must maintain backups of important information.
