Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Service Charges
Diagnosis charges, pickup & drop charges, and remote support charges are non-refundable once the service is rendered.
2. Repair Warranty
All repairs done by Tech Susegad come with a warranty (as mentioned on invoice) covering only the repaired issue or replaced part.
3. Parts & Components
- No refund for parts/components once installed
- Replacement allowed only if part is defective under warranty
4. Cancellation
- Pickup/onsite requests can be cancelled before technician arrival
- Once the technician reaches location, visit charges may apply
5. POS & Software Sales
POS software purchases, web applications, and license-based services are non-refundable after activation or installation.
6. Remote Support
Remote desktop support fees are non-refundable once the session has started.
