Liability Waiver

By submitting your device, computer, laptop, mobile, storage media or any hardware to Tech Susegad for diagnosis, repair, data recovery or related services, you agree to this Liability Waiver.

1. Pre-Existing Damage

Tech Susegad is not responsible for any pre-existing physical damage, liquid damage, corrosion, or internal faults present before the device is handed over to us.

2. Risk During Diagnosis & Repair

During diagnosis and repair, hidden faults may appear, and components may fail due to age, corrosion or previous damage. You understand and accept this risk.

3. Data Loss

Although we take care while handling your device, we are not liable for any loss of data, files, emails, contacts, photos or software. Customers are advised to keep regular backups.

4. Third-Party Parts & Software

We are not liable for failures related to third-party parts, accessories or software installed before or after our service.

5. Limitation of Liability

Tech Susegad’s liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or repair. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses (business loss, downtime, loss of profit etc.).

6. Acceptance

Submission of a device for repair or diagnosis is considered acceptance of this Liability Waiver.
