POS Software Licensing Terms

1. License Grant

Tech Susegad grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the POS software for your business operations.

2. Restrictions

• No resale or redistribution
• No reverse-engineering
• No unauthorized duplication
• No sharing license across multiple businesses

3. Updates & Support

Software updates may require an AMC or renewal fee.

4. Data Ownership

All business data entered in the POS belongs to the customer. We provide support and backup guidance but do not take ownership.

5. Termination

License may be terminated for:

• Non-payment of renewal fees
• Violation of licensing terms
• Misuse or illegal activity

6. Liability

Tech Susegad is not responsible for:

• Data loss due to customer negligence
• Third-party hardware failures
• Network / power issues affecting POS
