1. General
By using our website or service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Tech Susegad provides repair, software, and IT services in Bardez, Goa.
2. Service Process
- Customers must provide correct device and personal details
- Estimates may change after full diagnosis
- Unrepaired devices must be collected within 30 days
3. Pickup & Drop
Free within 5 km of our store. Beyond 5 km, additional charges may apply.
4. Data Responsibility
We take utmost care but cannot guarantee recovery of personal data. Customers are advised to back up important data before repair.
5. Warranty Limitations
- Warranty covers only the repaired part or service done
- No warranty for liquid damage, physical damage or misuse
- Software issues are not covered under hardware component warranty
6. Payments
Invoices must be settled at the time of delivery or completion of service.
7. POS & Software Contracts
By purchasing POS systems or web apps, you agree to license terms, annual renewal, and AMC if applicable.
