On-Site Visit (Within Local Area)

Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
AMC plans are billed per PC / laptop per year. Ideal for homes, offices, shops and small businesses that want regular maintenance instead of last-minute breakdown calls.

- 10–15% labour discount on any out-of-scope repairs.
Premium AMC
For businesses who can't afford downtime and want a single tech partner.
- Up to 6 on-site visits / year (within Bardez).
- Unlimited remote support during working hours.
- Pro-active maintenance, backups & safety checks.
- Help with CCTV, networking & POS connectivity (basic level).
- Priority handling & better labour discounts on big repairs.
Note: AMC pricing is for Bardez-based customers. For locations beyond standard service areas or for bulk PC counts, custom quotes are available. GST & final terms as per invoice and signed AMC agreement.
