Pickup & Drop Policy

Tech Susegad offers device pickup and drop service exclusively in Bardez, Goa. This document describes how the service works and the conditions applied.
1. Service Area
- Pickup & drop available only within Bardez taluka
- Free within 5 km from our store at Vaddem, Socorro
- Beyond 5 km: additional travel charges may apply
2. Scheduling
- Pickup or drop must be booked through WhatsApp, call, or our website
- Typical window: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Same-day pickup subject to availability
3. Handling of Devices
- Customers must declare any prior damage before pickup
- For laptops/mobiles with locks, passwords must be provided if required for testing
- Tech Susegad is not responsible for issues unrelated to the repair requested
4. Unclaimed Devices
Unrepaired or repaired devices must be picked up within 30 days. After this period, storage charges may apply.
5. Liability
- We ensure safe handling during transit
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage or defects
- Liquid-damaged devices have no guarantee during transportation
6. Payment
Pickup, drop, and repair charges must be paid before or at delivery.
