These Terms govern your access to Tech Susegad’s web-based POS applications, business dashboards, and any custom cloud software we provide.

1. User Responsibilities

• You must keep login details confidential
• You must not share access with unauthorized users
• You agree to use the system legally and ethically

2. System Availability

We strive to provide 99% uptime, excluding planned maintenance.

3. Data Security

• Your business data remains your property
• We do not share data with third parties
• Backups may be performed daily or weekly depending on plan

4. Restrictions

• No reverse engineering
• No copying or reselling software
• No unauthorized integration with third-party tools

5. Fees & Renewals

Subscription fees must be renewed yearly unless agreed otherwise. Late renewal may cause temporary account suspension.

6. Termination

• Non-payment
• Violation of terms
• Illegal activity
