Data recovery is an attempt-based service. By submitting your device or storage media to Tech Susegad, you agree to the following:

1. No Guaranteed Success

Data recovery success depends on the condition of the device/drive. We cannot guarantee recovery of all or any data.

2. Risk of Further Damage

Severely damaged drives (liquid damage, burnt, clicking noise, etc.) may fail further during the recovery attempt.

3. No Liability

Tech Susegad is not liable for:

• Loss of data
• Corrupted or unreadable files
• Drive failure during the process
• Any indirect damages or losses

4. Confidentiality

All recovered data is kept confidential. We do not view personal files unless required for testing integrity.

5. Recovery Media

Recovered data is provided in:

• Your own external drive/pen drive
• Or a new storage device purchased from us

6. Diagnostic Fee

Diagnosis charges are non-refundable regardless of recovery success.

7. Customer Responsibility

Customers must backup recovered data immediately after receiving it.
