Tech Susegad provides warranty on most hardware repairs and replaced parts. Warranty details are mentioned on your invoice.
1. Warranty Coverage
- Hardware parts replaced by us
- Specific issues repaired by our technicians
- Typical warranty period: 7–90 days (depending on part)
2. Not Covered Under Warranty
- Water damage or liquid exposure
- Physical damage / drops / pressure damage
- Burnt components
- Damage due to lightning or power surges
- Software issues, viruses, data loss
3. Parts Warranty
Some parts provided by suppliers may carry only vendor warranty. If part fails under warranty, replacement time depends on supplier availability.
4. Warranty Void Conditions
- If device is opened by another technician after repair
- If customer modifies hardware or OS
- If seal, stamp or label is tampered
