Payment Policy

1. Accepted Modes of Payment
- Cash
- UPI / QR Code
- Bank transfer (for businesses)
- Other modes as agreed at the time of billing
2. Advance Payment
- Certain repairs may require advance for parts procurement
- Web applications / POS / custom software may require 50% or more advance
3. Non-Refundable Charges
- Diagnosis and inspection charges
- Remote support session fees once started
- Pickup & drop charges once service is completed
4. Bank Transfers or Cheque
For business clients paying by bank transfer, service activation or final delivery may be subject to payment clearance. We Don't Accept Cheque Payments.
5. EMI / Third-Party Finance
If any third-party finance or EMI scheme is used, all terms of that provider will apply in addition to Tech Susegad’s policies.
