Service Invoice Terms

1. Invoice Validity

The invoice issued by Tech Susegad is valid only for the services and items listed on it. Any additional work will be billed separately.

2. Payment Due

Invoices are payable at the time of delivery or completion of service unless a different credit term is mentioned on the invoice.

3. Taxes

Applicable taxes will be charged as per current government regulations. For GST invoices, customers must provide GSTIN before billing.

4. Warranty Reference

Warranty, if applicable, is mentioned on the invoice and is valid only with the original invoice copy or a verified digital copy.

5. Dispute Period

Any discrepancy in billing must be reported within 3 working days from the date of the invoice. After that, the invoice will be treated as accepted.

6. Late Payments

For business customers with credit terms, delayed payments may attract late fees or service suspension.
